Channing Willoughby, M.D.

Channing Willoughby, M.D.Dr. Channing Willoughby graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2002. He received his medical doctorate from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. He completed his Anesthesiology residency at West Virginia University where he served as chief resident. He also completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Willoughby is originally from Nichols, SC.

In addition, Dr. Willoughby is an active member of many prestigious medical societies. Included are the American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and the American Academy of Pain Medicine. His clinical and research interests include implantable pain management technologies and the utilization of NMDA antagonists for refractory pain states.

He has been practicing in Florence since 2011.
